I bring my own wifi hot spot – no need to provide access to your secured network.
I wear protective clothing – gloves, shoe coverings, and these days a face mask.
Using a smartphone and an iPad I complete a digital inventory of every appliance, mechanical system, and electronic system.
The application I use links all the related materials for every item:
- Parts sorted by most frequently replaced – linked automatically to Amazon
- Related DIY Videos
- Recall Notices and much more
The process usually takes about two hours depending on the size of the property.
At My Office
I process the inventory data to resolve any pending items or items requiring additional search.
You get an email from me with a secure link to the Centriq website, specific to the digital inventory of your home.
Once you accept the link and establish your credentials – name and password, my access is deleted.
